Unacceptable that the tea cups weren't washed and replaced!!! The fire alarm issue was bizarre, being awoken multiple times is hardly acceptable!!!

Dampness in some rooms may be an issue for certain travelers, though it didn’t ruin the overall experience for me.

Ask for a room away from the refurbishments for a quieter experience, and enjoy the decanter of sherry in your room.

the staff here are super friendly n helped me with everything i needed. the location is fab and i loved how homely the place felt. my single queen room was soooo comfy and the bed was huuuuge! definitely a highlight of my stay.

the bathroom could use some upgrades and the floor was kinda uneven. also, my room was really hot at times.

We loved staying here with the kids! The triple room was super comfy and had loads of drinks options, even a decanter of sherry. The staff were friendly and made us feel so welcome. The food was tasty too, especially in the bar area. Just wished the Wi-Fi was a bit better, sometimes it got pretty slow.

I had a wonderful stay with spacious, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast that fueled my city explorations. The convenient location made it easy to enjoy a leisurely walk to nearby Batsford Arboretum, just over 2 km away, where I lost myself among beautiful gardens while soaking in the stunning views.

I had a great time staying here for two nights in a Small Double Room! The food was delicious, especially breakfast, with a fantastic buffet selection. Dining was really enjoyable, and the staff clearly worked hard to make everything run smoothly.

During my recent stay, I loved being just a few steps away from Beatons Tearooms for a lovely afternoon coffee, and I was thrilled that Batsford Arboretum was almost 2 km away, offering beautiful walking trails to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. the staff were friendly and efficient, making my experience very pleasant.

It was just a well-suited match for a temporary stay in Moreton-in-Marsh with best value for money ratio. The coffee and tea provided in the room were a nice touch after a long travel day. Make sure to check the heating before settling in.

Recommend it for couples looking for a cozy escape

The food was excellent especially the evening meals, truly hit the spot after a long day. Also really appreciated the complimentary sherry and soft towels in the bathroom, made the stay so much better.

It wasn’t really cheap but given what we got it was acceptable.
